Let's Get To Know Each Other

Hey there! My name is Casey Willer, your local Chattanooga realtor. Ever since I bought and sold my first home my senior year of college, I've been enthralled by real estate. Getting to assist in families biggest milestones in life is something I don't take for granted. There truly is no place like home and I love helping folks find that happy place. As a licensed Tennessee Realtor® with a Master's degree in business marketing, I leverage my knowledge and experience to give clients 100% satisfaction in finding the perfect home and negotiating the best possible price. I've been an active member of the real estate community for 10+ years now. With a passion for service in the Chattanooga area, I'm ready to help you with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Keller Williams family, I value hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything I do. When I'm (pictured right with wife & 2 dogs) not making home ownership dreams come true for clients, I enjoy meeting new people, checking out new bars/restaurants, taking our dogs hiking, carpentry, and boating on Chickamauga Lake. Let's connect!

Learn more about the home buying process.

1. Find out how much house you can afford and get pre-approved.
2. Let's go home searching! Once you know how much house you can afford, we will begin the search for your new home. This will include determining the neighborhood or part of town you want, what features of the home that are important to you, and touring several homes until we find the perfect one for you!
3. Make an offer. Keep in mind that home buying contracts can come with contingencies (ex: Inspection, financing, appraisal, title, and home sale)
4. Contract agreement & due diligence. Once the buyer and seller agree to terms of the price and concessions, the buyer proceeds with their due diligences. The means hiring a licensed home inspector (+ any other specific professionals) to inspect the house to make sure there are no outstanding issues.
5. Repair proposal/agreement. Once the buyer completes their due diligence and wants the seller to make repairs or adjust the purchase price in lieu of repairs, we negotiate to have this done by the seller.
6. Work with your lender to select the appropriate loan. You and I will work closely with your lender throughout the whole process from start to finish.
7. Title search and insurance. This will be completed by the title agency.
8. Home appraisal. We're almost there! Before closing, the mortgage company will order an appraisal for the home to be valued by a licensed home appraiser.
9. Final walk through. This is to inspect the home one last time before closing and to confirm that any requested repairs were completed and done properly.
10. Closing day - congrats, you've just bought your dream home!! Most home closings take 30-60 days to complete once you've agreed to purchase the property.
